Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is received or an approved account is in place.
Stock Availability
Items are subject to stock availability. Substitutions or back-orders may be offered.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.
At Panda Pack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order upon receipt, please notify us within 5 working days. We will gladly arrange collection and provide a refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
If a product has been used and is found to be damaged or faulty, we will collect the item at our expense and will replace, repair, or refund it depending on the circumstances.
Panda Pack reserves the right to charge a 10% administration fee on returned orders where the returns process results in significant administrative costs.
Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Can I return incorrect or damaged goods?
Yes. Incorrect or defective products will be replaced or refunded as per our returns policy.
